We are a nonprofit association representing the construction industry in our area.

In conjunction with 38 other local associations around the state, they make up the Pennsylvania Builders Association (PBA).

S.C.B.A. is working to assure you of high quality workmanship with Reputable Builders, Remodelers and Tradesman for your home or remodeling project by providing proactive leadership on state regulatory and legislative issues.
